Human Connections Experiential Workshops
Humans are social beings, designed to thrive through our connections with each other: emotionally, physically, intellectually, spiritually. We are not built to go it alone! So why do we often get mired down in our differences and allow those differences to keep us separate, preventing ourselves and each other from being our best selves? Join this exploration of self while engaging with others. Each interactive two hour workshop has it’s own theme with invitations to acknowledge our shared strengths through our shared vulnerabilities.

Navigating Conflict Collaboratively
via zoom - coming in March 2025
Build your confidence when faced with conflict in this fun and interactive workshop. Learn about different conflict styles, the pros and cons of each one, identify your primary style and learn to make conscious choices about which style you utilize in any given situation. Using real life examples provided by the students, we will practice using specific tools to approach conflict collaboratively. As you learn to “listen through differences,” you will increase your ability to comfortably navigate conflict in your life—whether at work, within your family, or in social situations.
